Very nice hike in the northern hilly area of Appenzell, with great views, especially of the Alpstein massif.

Weather quite good and pleasant, albeit clearly with veil clouds. Meadow paths often very wet and greasy, a few remains of snow at the top.

Because the weather was still so nice, we did a simple, less eventful hike nearby. The Heiterbachtobel is only short and doesn't bring that much.

Simple home round in weather neither good nor bad....

Easy hike just above the massive sea of fog in the lowlands.

Surprisingly beautiful tour with lots of cool changes: in addition to normal paths, constant up and down, striking ravines, steep stairs, babbling brooks, waterfalls, ponds, trails, river, forest, viewpoint, fields, monastery etc. etc.

Cool round in the wild, wild and romantic Chellenbachtobel. Initially without rain, but then with rain, temperature 10 ° C, paths wet to slushy, partly with residual snow.

Due to fallen trees, the Chellenbachtobel is sometimes in the purest chaos, locally difficult to walk through (bike impossible).

Super nice, dignified late autumn hike in the upper Toggenburg on a sunny 🌞 south-facing slope above the fog (fog up to around 1000 m). With great views towards Wildhuser Schofberg / Säntis and the entire Churfirsten chain.

Mix of fog, sea of fog (approx. 1200-1600 m variable), veil clouds, sun, moods, views ... was a very good combination. Although the sun was shining over the fog, it was mostly quite diffuse due to the veil of clouds.

Paths not difficult, but sometimes quite wet and muddy.

Today was not necessarily my best day ... 🙃

Tour suitable for the weather without major highlights. On the contrary, in the ravine between Rehetobel-Wald-Trogen there are noticeably many old houses in very poor condition and disorder, often not very intoxicating to almost repulsive. Seems like AR's lost place 🤔

A city tour in the beautiful (old) city of St.Gallen, with the whole office (office excursion), including lunch, afternoon snack, aperitif and dinner.

Guided tour through the city with the topics textile city and abbey district, with lots of insider information that locals don't necessarily know either. Wasn't it something else?

That was a rather disappointing hike for once: actually cool trails lead for almost kilometers through forests and valleys without any prospects and therefore mostly in the shade. Only at the very end by the vineyards do you have a view of the Rhine Valley.
