What a day. Stelvio is magnificent. Both the climb from Prato, which we did early to avoid most of the traffic. And the descent to Bormio which is partly nice and technical to test your cornering. Leaving Livigno after a night of pouring rain, the valley was misty. As we climbed the first pass out of the valley, the clouds chased along with us.
Another pass later, and it was all downhill - which was a great timw to rest from all our work On the bikes.
