Gentle hills blanketed in vineyards, untouched Murauen landscapes and countless wine taverns – cycling in south-eastern Styria, every kilometre is a pleasure. Thanks to the mild climate and many hours of sunshine, the season in this cycling region is long, with perfect conditions from April to October.

The thermal and volcanic landscapes are gentle, fascinating and fertile – wine, pumpkin, beans and horseradish are produced here. The area has themed trails for everybody, no matter your taste, age and physical condition. Discover mighty castles like the Riegersburg and Kornberg Castle and visit historic towns like Bad Radkersburg, Feldbach and Fürstenfeld.

If you’re looking for peace and nature, cycle through the Mur meadows across the border or relax at shimmering lakes. South-eastern Styria has limitless possibilities for cycle Tours. Speaking of relaxation, there are six thermal spas to help ease your aching muscles. The Rogner Bad Blumau is a special highlight, designed by Friedensreich Hundertwasser.
