There’s nothing more relaxing than hiking along the waterside. With this in mind, we’ve put together a series of hiking Tours that are sure to inspire, fulfill and bring a spring in your step! You’ll walk through beautiful wetlands with meadows and marshes, past ponds and lakes, through nature reserves and intriguing cultural landscapes.
Water is the source of all life and here in Flanders it also provides wonderful, unique biotopes that are home to rare plants and animals. So, adapt to the pace of the gentle waters – slow down and enjoy, listen and discover, observe and marvel.
Beware though, sometimes the water can also be merciless and dangerous. Even if the lakes and rivers seem friendly and inviting, especially tempting on hot summer days: don't jump in. Hidden undercurrents and eddies are always risky and dangerous.
Our Collection is aimed at hikers and walkers who want to enjoy the incredible panoramas amidst a scenic backdrop of placid and calming water.
