Fun, freedom and wonderful natural landscapes – that's what cycling in Austria offers you and your family. Crystal-clear lakes, rushing rivers, idyllic alpine pastures and mystical forests promise adventure, relaxation and magical moments. With the perfect bike for every child, your family cycling trip will be an experience to remember.
In this Collection, together with the children's bike experts at woom, we present 16 exciting family Tours and two exciting mountain bike rides. The Tours are mostly on cycle paths away from traffic and allow for carefree and, above all, safe riding. There's plenty to discover along the way: adventure playgrounds, lookout towers, lidos and gravel banks all providing glorious variety.
In addition to classic cycling Tours with low gradients and easy routes for the little ones, you will find flowing mountain bike trails in this Collection. Also included: a particularly family-friendly section of the Innradweg – a long-distance bike trail – which you can divide into several stages. No matter which route you choose, the main focus is on having a great time.
The food along the way is just as wonderful. From Tyrolean Gröstl to Carinthian Kasnudeln, an inn with Austrian delicacies is never far away. There are ice cream parlours and shady gardens along the cycle routes for a cool refreshment in between. Luxury.
So, what are you waiting for? Hop on your bike and have fun on these family-friendly rides!

Including the connecting path from the mountain station to the start, the Flow Trail Hochkönig is now an impressive five and a half kilometers long. The pump track (Tour 9) meanders through meadows and forests down into the valley. The flow trail is very easy at first, but gets a bit more difficult towards the end.
At the end, the Bürglalmbahn takes you comfortably uphill again - so you can hiss through the beautiful landscape again. By the way, right next to the mountain station of the Bürglalmbahn there is a practice area to test and improve your own skills.
