A 2,800-kilometre (1,739 mi) network of cycle paths with excellently signposted routes awaits you in the Osnabrück region. In this Collection, you explore the super fun cycling region between Münsterland, Emsland, Teutoburg Forest and Oldenburg Münsterland. On the themed Tours, you get to know the area’s history, culture and geography.

We show you 12 varied day Tours north of Osnabrück here. 11 of the Tours are leisurely circular routes and another takes you along the NordWestBahn from Osnabrück to Quakenbrück from which it’s easy to travel home by train.

The 20 to 60 kilometre (12.4 to 37 mi) routes offer everything your cycling heart desires: cosy rest areas with benches, tables and barbecue facilities. You can also stop for a bite to eat at a lovingly-run farm café or restaurant. In addition to the beautiful landscapes in the TERRA.vita Nature and UNESCO Geopark, you discover impressive tombs, the artistic facades of the Artland half-timbered farms, magnificent castles, churches and old towns.
