Yes, yes. The Jägersteig is a varied and well-maintained hiking trail.

Hui, we could almost have met here today - we were still on the turret after our round the Urseemoor ;-)

Today's actual tour took me to the Buchberg and the Wutachfluchten (see komoot.de/tour/240473938). But if you are already in Blumberg, a short detour to the Schleifenbach Falls is definitely worthwhile!

The last five photos I took are from the return trip on the Sauschwänzlebahn. Komoot has sorted them geographically more or less correctly as the first, second, seventh, eighth and last photo.

I had no problems and even found the water temperature to be pleasant. Otherwise I'm more of a "Gfrörli" ...

Sensationally beautiful! The first tour I did was mainly to bridge the time from sunrise to breakfast ...

The Ibacher Panoramaweg, a well-signposted Black Forest connoisseur path, lived up to its name today. I always enjoyed sensational views of the Alps, the Black Forest and the very beautiful Ibacher Moos. The paths were partly really cool, narrow and uneven, partly simple forest paths.

The Turmsteig leads from the Hasenhorn mountain station to the Hochkopfhaus bus stop above Todtmoos. Since the chair lift is only in operation from 10 a.m., I added the ascent to the Hasenhorn (very good idea, great section). The waterfall was, so to speak, on the way from the Belchensteig back to the hotel in Todtmoos. So I allowed myself the detour. A multi-level waterfall with well-developed paths around it that is really well worth seeing. Very easy to reach by car and accordingly well populated.

The Belchensteig has been on my wish list for a long time. Rightly so, because it is very beautiful! Up on the Belchen there was a lot of activity "thanks" to the little train, but otherwise I could really enjoy the peace, the views, the beautiful paths and the Black Forest. ... and another round of superlatives in the Black Forest. It started when there was still fog here too. That made the already great, rocky path through the forest on the Holzmättle really mystical. A short morning tour through the astonishingly wild Hohwehraschlucht. I would rather call this type of landscape “Tobel”, but it was still worthwhile. A very nice path leads along the Wehra.

You can make the detour to the Ibacher Kreuz, but you don't have to ...
