We start the tour in Kitzbühel and ride the bike path south to Aurach. From here it goes uphill to the tranquil village center, past the traditional Hallerwirt and on towards the wildlife park. The tour to the Rotwandalm at the far end of the Windau valley - one of the three side valleys of the Brixental - is a pleasure for all the senses. At the very back of the valley with a magnificent view is the Rotwandalm. Cheese is still made here according to the old tradition and offered with other regional delicacies on the menu.
