A brutal introduction for the men, around 225 km, cool for me since I did the first 185 km in the minibus with Coco and Véro. Tomorrow it will be a different kettle of fish.

Expert road ride. Very good fitness required. Some portions of the Tour may be unpaved and difficult to ride.

No pass for this day but a nice solid climb above Embrun. And absolutely magnificent landscapes.

Last stop on Team Fuck Corona's journey. A single pass: the Bonette, Restefond for me, the Cime for the boys - suddenly together in Restefond. The descent from Restefond to Isola 2000 is magnificent, lunch stop in a mountain lodge - it was hungry. And a very long descent downwind, in the wheels of the

One of the most beautiful stages. I was afraid of car traffic but in the end it didn't bother me too much. The weather was brilliant, too much even because the heat in the bottom of the Izoard, approached at the beginning of the afternoon, was formidable - for me at least! Fortunately there is always

2 cols with murderous percentages for this beautiful stage: the Grand Colombier by Virieu le Petit and the Relais du Mont du Chat, in the hottest part of the day ... already very hot. My 11x29 cassette made it even more difficult and I had to walk beside the bike! I don't think I've ever suffered so much in a cervix!
