In 2020 I wanted to travel to Corsica with Wikinger Reisen. Apparently this failed, but this year the time has come. From June 20th, 2021 - July 2nd, 2021 I hike the area around Zonza in the first week and around Propriano in the second week.

The start and finish of today's tour is our hotel "Le Tourisme

The start and finish of today's hike was the Col de Bavella. First it goes a little bit on the road downhill towards "Auberge du Col de Bavella". When you arrive at the Auberge, you pass it on a forest path.

This goes up to KM 2.46. Here is a first nice view of the "Trou de la Bombe" (bomb hole) or "Cumpuleddu

Today's hike starts in Levie. Our transfer bus dropped us off just before Levie so we could hike into it. An alternative starting point would be at the church in Levie, there are also parking spaces. The village fountain can be seen from the church and across from it is the hiking sign to Zonza.

Today's hike started at the Bavella Pass. I skipped the first part in the Bavella group to save strength after yesterday's strenuous hike. The second part of the hike first went on a wide forest path and later on a beautiful forest path to the rest area for the lunch break.

This was at KM 3.56 on a beautiful

Today's hike started at the Alm Prugna near Quenza and ended about 1 km behind the parking lot of the Gite d'Etape de Bucchinera. We were dropped off by a transfer bus in Prugan and picked up by a taxi at our destination. Those who do not have these options have to organize return journeys, there is

Today, at the end of the first week of hiking, the ascent of Punta di Vacca Morta was on the program.

Start was at the Col de Mela; this is also not accessible by public transport. The goal was in l'Ospedale.

First we went on small, beautiful forest paths to the summit of Punta di Vacca Morta. From here

The hike starts at the southern tip of Corsica, Pertusato. I did not see a connection with public transport, so the transport has to be organized. We had a transfer bus.

From the parking lot it goes down to the sea, where there are beaches. Here is a nice place to rest and swim.

Then it goes up again and

Today, after moving to Propiano, the next hike was in Bonifatio. Before the actual hike we took a boat tour to admire Bonifatio and various cliffs and caves from the sea. Costs € 18.50 and with group reduction € 16.00. For the actual hike, see the tour komoot.de/tour/402942937

Today, on the day off, I decided to do a short hike to the mouth of the Rizzanese in the Mediterranean. The start and finish was our Hotel Arena Blanca.

Even though I started early, it was already very warm. There is hardly any shade, so think about sun protection and enough to drink.

    First it goes over

The start and finish of today's tour was in the parking lot just before the entrance to Campomoro. There is only a few shadows on the tour, especially when it comes through tunnels of macchiabdew growth. Therefore, on this tour, too, make sure you have sun protection and enough water. The starting point of the hike is a parking lot next to a health food store next to the T40 towards Sartene after the bridge over the Rizzanese. We had a taxi take us there. With 8 people this costs just under € 10.00 per person.

From the organic market, walk a short distance along the T40 and then follow

Today was the last tour of the two-week hiking tour in southern Corsica. The start was at the Col de Cellaccia above Olmeto. Here, too, the question of arrival and departure needs to be clarified if you don't have a transfer bus like we did.

First it goes down on the road to the village of Sollacaro
