Oberschenkel".
Very demanding tour with many highlights. After checking the weather data, we went directly in the morning from the Lichtentaler parking lot along the Oosbach to the Herrenwieser See. Rain was announced for 9 o'clock and this came almost exactly to the cloud, amazing what such technical aids can do…
After the new setup on the bike, a visit to the Hohloh Berg, also known as the Kaiser Wilhelm Tower, was announced today. The start was early in the morning although the weather app warned me several times about the wind and rain! Via the Tour de Murg Bisschweier, Gaggenau, Gernsbach we went straight…

After what felt like a two-week break and after pains from Father's Day, we went to the Kinzig Valley today.
Actually I didn't want to go all out, but Komoot directed me several times on beaten track or rough terrain so that it was a demanding tour.
In addition, there was the deep mud and the numerous…
Today was the day! I started in Oberbeuern at a small parking lot directly in front of the meadow with the Galloway cattle, who had a mighty spectacle about the feed. Directly along the Oosbach we went towards Badener Sattel to Badener Höhe. Before that, I passed the Scherrhof, which was open but was…
In Rotenfels, turn sharply left into Eichelbergstrasse and straight up the Breitensteinweg up to the Bildeichhütte. Then go straight to the Gaisstatthütte! From there you can see the Mahlberg tower, which unfortunately is left to the left. When crossing the country road towards Bernstein you are on historical…
The last missing cirque in my collection was the Glaswaldsee. This is in the Wolftal of the Middle BlackForest. The tour started right at the Kniebis hut and went from forest roads to single trails ☝️, simply mega!
In the beginning it was quite flowy, later came the roots, exposed stones, etc. plus so…
I wanted to take advantage of the "great" weather today and drove straight from Sand to Hutzenbacher See. This time not past the Mummelsee but directly over the dog's back. Here I took the short trails with me, delicious 🤤. The descent to the lake about 1.2km was actually a hiking trail that I tried…
Today it was the turn of the last of the 12 cirque lakes in the southern Black Forest. I started in the small Münstertal with a direct ascent to the lake. The ground was deep and muddy so that the individual trails were exhausting or I noticed it on the battery! The Nonnenmattweiher is located directly…
We started in Hinterzarten directly towards the Hinterwaldkopfsattel. The climb was a bit difficult
but doable. Adam was part of the party and somehow liked the bike.
From up there we had an amazing view of the Dreisam, Kaiserstuhl etc. up to the Vosges.
There was still some snow on the Feldberg that just…
According to the motto the best comes at the end, today's tour was dedicated to the m.M. Dedicated to the most beautiful Karsee in northern BlackForest, the Huzenbachersee. So I drove directly to Schönmünzach to the church and from there over the Schönmünz directly to the Huzenbachersee which is about…
After the exhausting last few days, today was a
somewhat different round announced. For this purpose, a parking space was looked for at the BHF in Baierbonn and the bike was brought to the start. It went straight up the Stökerweg and then straight into the forest where the red deer met its family on the…
Today it was the turn of the cirque lakes in the black whale. These are enjoying ever greater popularity so that there were still quite a few hikers / bikers on the way today. I've selected a few that were directly controlled.
Unfortunately, you went twice and missed the junction to the dam, stupid!
The starting point was the Schwarzenbach dam. Right at the beginning it went steeply uphill. There was more and more snow along the beautiful viewpoints, so that the "red deer" also bucked. Via individual single trails directly to the Herrenwieser See. Actually, the circular route was planned; Due to…
