Are you one of the lucky ones who got a new bike before they were sold out all over Germany? It's just a shame that the weather hasn't been at its best so far. You finally want to take out your new gravel or trekking bike and May barely makes it into double-digit temperatures! We know the problem - but we have the solution. Open the curtains, look out the window and what can you see? That's right, summer is waiting outside at last! This is the perfect moment to move your workout outside, discover the blossoming nature and get your tired legs back into shape.
We've come up with an incentive to make it even easier for you. With our #rausundlos Outdoor Initiative, we've got a little challenge: ride your bike at least 125 kilometres (78 mi) in a month. Once you've got a taste for it you won’t want to get off the saddle. Your bike will get you out into nature in no time, even in big cities and at a speed that gives you enough time to take in your surroundings.
To help you with the challenge, we've picked out 14 lovely bike routes with each being exactly 42 kilometres (26 mi) long. Just pick your three favourite Tours and plan them for the current or next calendar month – you’ll tick off the challenge in no time!
So, do you accept our challenge? Simply download the TK app, start TK-Fit (the fitness programme in the TK app) and take part in the challenge. If you complete it, you can earn up to 1,000 points for the TK bonus programme. You can either redeem those points for future treatments that you normally have to pay for or treat yourself to our rewards.
Just one more thing: if you go on a Tour with komoot, follow us, tag us as a participant after your ride and write #rausundlos in the title – we’d love to see who takes part in the challenge here. If you prefer to share your adventures on Instagram or Facebook, you can tag us by using #rausundlos. We'll meet you in the great outdoors!
Where in the past mighty machines such as bucket wheel excavators and spreaders dominated the region at the time of lignite mining, today you are welcomed by a beautiful lake landscape. All so-called residual holes that you drive on this tour have been flooded over the years and carefully prepared. Absolute bathing and relaxation paradises emerged: with small lighthouses, white sandy beaches and crystal clear, turquoise to blue water, you can get that Caribbean feeling.
The Havel flows as a broad body of water through Berlin and takes its way through the picturesque landscape of Brandenburg. So that you can follow its turns, there is the practical, perfectly developed Havel cycle path, which leads you to small beaches and idyllic corners. With this tour we have selected a particularly beautiful piece of the otherwise 371 kilometer long path for you.

Get out of the city - on the Berlin-Leipzig cycle path you drive to Zossen and enjoy the surrounding nature. And maybe you get the urge to travel and you just drive on to Leipzig.
It starts in the middle of the capital at the Brandenburg Gate. Across Kreuzberg, Schöneberg and Tempelhof you leave the city to Marienfelde behind you and ride on the Wall Cycle Path, where the break between the outskirts and the open field becomes particularly clear.
