For many years, a duathlon consisting of a running and a mountain bike route started from Bad Soden-Salmünster. This tour largely corresponds to the mountain bike route, which you can follow at any time - even without an event. It is almost 28 kilometers long and mostly leads along forestry and forest

Which is no wonder, after all, it more or less follows the course of the Spessart Challenge, which has enriched the sports program of the spa town of Bad Orb for 16 years.
