To get from Bremen to Bremerhaven and vice versa, you can either cycle along the Weser Cycle Path, take the train or catch the ferry. In addition to Bremerhaven, you can also take the ferry to Überseestadt or to the north of Bremen – a great opportunity to combine your cycle ride with a boat trip.

At the main train station in Bremerhaven you get on your bike and drive past the marina to the fishing port. It is worth taking a first break here, where you can treat yourself to a delicious fish sandwich or just let the hustle and bustle affect you. Then you cycle in a large arc around the basin of the fishing port to the Weser.
The tour starts on the Schlachte embankment in Bremen. From here you cycle downriver on the Weser promenade. On the way you will see pretty, old ships docked and you can let your gaze wander over the wide water. At the end of the promenade you turn to the Europahafen. Here you cycle around the pool and pass Schuppen 1 on the Europa and Überseepromenade, where you will find many nice places to stop for a relaxing break.
This tour almost always goes along the water. You are on flat paths and only pedal up a dike once.It starts at Bremen Central Station. From here you cycle to the city moat and follow it to the Weser. Down the river you cycle along the bank and pass the lively Schlachte. Over the Stephanibrücke you get to the other side of the Weser and the Hohentorshafen.
