Famed for its music, theatres and museums, Vienna is highly rated by culture enthusiasts all over the world. But the city also has a lot to offer mountain bikers. In recent years, a great network of trails has been created in the Vienna Woods that is waiting for you to discover. You can find the perfect combination of biking and sightseeing here. In this Collection, you will find a selection of Tours that vary in difficulty. Whether you are an enduro racer or a bike tourer, you are sure to find something for you.

If your bike needs a service or you're thinking about buying a new one, stop by the GIANT Store in Klosterneuburg before your ride. The modern shop is located right next to the Danube and is easily accessible by bike. Three Tours in this collection start directly at the shop and take you on fine single trails through the hills around Vienna. The other Tours are great fun too including a trip to the Hohe Wand Wiese Trail Centre and Tours on the Anninger and Hoher Lindkogel, two great mountains for mountain biking to the south of Vienna. A classic route around the Lainzer Tiergarten and an easy trail around the Hameau Hills round off the Collection.

The Tours lead through the Vienna Woods Biosphere Reserve with its beautiful beech forest, romantic valleys, peaceful babbling brooks and great viewpoints over Vienna and the Danube. In addition to great mountain biking, you can also enjoy culinary highlights. The numerous wine taverns serve good local wines such as Grüner Veltliner and Riesling as well as hearty food. What could be better than finishing the Tour with a toast overlooking Vienna and the Danube, reflecting on your awesome ride?
