Night tour with still moderate temperatures of around 5 degrees. Thought as “Christmas trees count in Kirchwerder”, it became more of a “London Fog @ Marschbahndamm” adventure with deer crossing included. Two things have emerged: Merino wool helps against clogs and narrow roads in fog are not ideal. I almost got hit on the two-lane railway embankment, one time not hitting the lane (at 28-29 km / h) is enough for a rolling course. Fortunately, the binding opened, a skier would say. ↪️ The way back on the road was as comfortable as the motorway w / o traffic.A nice night route with surprises around 2 hours.Average Speed: 28-29 km / h

Hi, the track is really great for the racing bike. You can get out quickly via Ohlsdorf / Volksdorf. The second half of the season over Steilshoop is not yet ideal. (The road is too full / the bike path is bad). The way there to Ohlsdorf Friedhof is probably the best way back. Ultimately, this 55k route is a shortcut to the round over the Lütjensee (75K). Driving time well under 2h, 2.5h with journey. Because there are some inclines and fast descents, the whole thing is really interesting. Most of the time there is a headwind on the back lap, so you could spin well in a team. ✌️
