The stages vary in length from 15 to a maximum of 70 kilometres (9.3 to 43 miles) so there’s something for everyone. The elevation profiles are also different depending on the Tour, tracing flat river banks or undulating through the Bergisches Land. You can easily travel to and from the routes using public transport. There are also numerous inns en route that serve regional specialties. Don’t forget to pack enough water and bring a pannier with you so that you can stock up on some fresh organic fruit and vegetables at the farm shops. You start at Wiehl train station and go straight into the Bergische Natur.

On this 51-kilometer tour you can get tired of them, because you cycle past twelve of them.Your tour starts in Hürth at Efferen Castle. You drive over dirt roads and past Gleuel Castle, where a small park invites you to linger. Shortly afterwards you can already see Bachem Castle in Frechen, which was built at the beginning of the 13th century.
On your 43-kilometer round trip around Bonn, you can expect kilometer-long bank passages on the Rhine as well as exciting historical sights that trace the history of democracy.You start at Bonn's market square in front of the Old Town Hall, which is a symbol of civic self-government and is known for countless receptions of high-ranking state guests and representatives of international organizations. We continue across the Hofgarten and past the Electoral Palace, now part of Bonn University.
