Sleep above 3000 meters

Hiking Collection by komoot

High up in the mountains, where conditions are harsh and our natural habitat is far away - up there, it can actually be quite comfortable to sleep. Thanks to the rustic alpine huts of the Alpine clubs, mountain lovers can dine and rest in airy heights. These alpine refuges, which are situated at an altitude of more than 3000m, have a very special atmosphere. Every step of the arduous ascent is worthwhile, if only because of the breathtaking starry sky.
