Meine Wanderungen im Bergischen Land
What a wonderful round!
I started in Dahlerau at 9 a.m., after only one kilometer I got the beautiful bird view. A great place with free binoculars.
Then it went along the Wuppertalsperre along the water. And it went on through the forest. Now through the village of Radevormwald. I got food there. After the Uelfebad the way was so wonderful, past fields over narrow paths with great views. Brilliant! Finally, it went through the historical Dahlerau industry. All in all, I needed a cozy 6 hours.
A great hike that I can only recommend to everyone.
After completing my compulsory elective early in the morning, I went straight to Iserlohn.
Parked safely on the side of the road, I started at 9:45 a.m.
The path climbed slowly and soon I arrived at the first single trail. A beautiful path through reed grass. Thanks to Komoot, I would not have come here without the tip.
The further path became wider, but no less beautiful. Again and again there were great views.
We passed the airfield over the glorious soaring. Here the view was breathtaking and the planes exciting.
The way back led me over lonely paths through the forest.I enjoyed the time and finished it after a leisurely 5 hours.
A great, varied round that I can only recommend.
Get recommendations on the best single tracks, peaks, & plenty of other exciting outdoor places.
At 9 o'clock I started in Leichlingen. First it was varied along part of the fruit path. Then the path led me past the Wupper.
In between I met trusting sheep and deer
I arrived at the Diepentalsperre via an access path.
Here, too, there were always exciting single trails.
The short asphalt sections didn't bother me as the landscape is beautiful here.
I had a lot of fun on the lap, as great views followed each other with narrow paths.
After 5 hours I arrived at the parking lot in a good mood.ks0
Today I finished work early and joined this wonderful hike in great weather.
It started from male dogs over a wide arch to Castle Burg.
In the first half, there were mostly wonderful narrow paths with wide views and past the curious alpacas😍
This Friday the paths were pretty empty.
At Castle Burg, it was full, so go on quickly.
It was also very nice in the second half. Especially in the end it was great single trails.
I really enjoyed the hike, I highly recommend it.
It took me a total of 6 hours. 680 HM, I can see that in my legs. The funny thing is that according to the plan it should only be 550 HM.
I put together this lap from the kidney yard based on the altitude difference. So it always went up and down.
At the beginning I had a hard time finding the right way. Afterwards the path led me over fields of flowering peas and beautiful narrow forest paths. The sun even came out briefly, it was wonderful. ☀️
When I arrived at Hansberg, it suddenly became full of people. But as soon as I was back on the lonely forest paths, it was nice and quiet again
Of course, the Isenburg could not be missing. It was a wonderful hike, with great views, narrow paths and wonderful scenery. I'm excited. 🥰
A very recommendable wonderful hike, in which the vertical meters are not to be scoffed at and you have to be partially hard-wearing.
You don't have to do the last little loop, then the altitude will decrease a little. It took me a total of 5.5 hours and now it's raining
Komoot's statements are not correct this time. The GPS has made wild jumps in between. That's how I was at a depth of 250 m
It will have been about 17 km and 300 vertical meters.I started at 9 a.m., first through the Eifgenbach valley. I really liked the great trails here. Then I quickly ran through Dabringhausen.
We went back through the Linnefetal and the Dhünnbach Valley. Here, too, the paths were very nice, but already quite crowded After 4.5 hours I arrived at the parking lot, which was now jam-packed. Good thing I started running so early
Shortly after 9 a.m. I started at the still empty parking lot at Altenberg Cathedral.
The weather was beautifully sunny and I was able to enjoy the great paths and the numerous views.
Especially in the first half, I really liked the paths. After that it got a bit more asphalt-heavy, but the landscape was still wonderful.
The monument route from Odenthal is very well marked, I only saw few monuments. 😄 In return, I enjoyed the trusting grazing animals. 🥰
The closer I got to Odenthal, the fuller it got. Since I already know Odenthal, I left out the place, but it is recommended.
Back at Altenberg Cathedral, it was so full that it jammed in the street. So home quickly 😆
It took me a total of 5.5 hours for the beautiful lap.
I would like to thank Niko warmly for drawing my attention to this round.
A really recommendable hike. With asphalt stretches, but still very nice.
At 9:30 a.m. I started at the still empty parking lot of the Müngstener Brückenpark.
We went over great paths under the bridge to Burg Castle.
The foggy atmosphere made me forget the cold and it was still pretty quiet in the morning. I had to climb over some trees on the paths off the main paths.
From Schloss Burg it got really crowded, and the way back to Müngstener Brücke was marked by crowds of people who came towards me. Maybe I should have run the lap counterclockwise.
It was a very nice hike that I really enjoyed.
It took me 5 hours in total.ks0
Actually, I prefer to stay at home in such bad weather, but today I had to get out before the blanket fell on my head.
So I started at 9:30 am with a steadily falling drizzle.
Past the Hammerteich and Hohenstein I stopped at the great wild boar enclosure.
Three tiny rookies followed close behind their mother. Very beautiful.
Then the hike took me up and down over muddy paths.
Now and then on downhill trails.
The paths were challenging due to the dampness and the sometimes impassable nature.
Up to the Arenberg demanded the last of my reserves. From here the trails were easier.
After 4.5 hours I was back at the parking lot.
There are mostly narrow paths through beautiful, now autumnal forests.
The hike was a lot of fun despite the fog and drizzle.ks0
At 9 o'clock I started at -1 degrees and lots of sunshine. First, I climbed the steep and rather slippery path up to the Bismarck Tower. A lot was going on here. But the further ways were deserted. In between it was also difficult to access paths, as heavy forest machines have already felled a lot of pine trees. But most of the paths were beautiful, even if they were often muddy.
I especially liked the valley of the Hasperbach, very great. At the Haspertalsperre it got full again. But the further way was again calm and very nice. The vertical meters demanded a lot from me.
Because of the cold, the breaks were short and it only took me 6 hours.
A great hike, thanks Niko for bringing us here.ks5
At 9:30 a.m. I left Beyenburg. The lap shows its best side right from the first kilometer. A beautiful single trail close to the abyss.
And it went on in a similar way, I think 80 to 90% always led the 20 km over small, narrow paths. There were hardly any asphalt roads. Wonderful.
Because it had rained beforehand, the paths were pretty muddy. But therefore it was also very lonely and quiet on the way. Some of the climbs and descents are quite slippery, so I was glad that I had brought my hiking sticks with me. In any case, I can recommend taking sticks with you and non-slip hiking shoes in wet weather.
In the end, I was excited again by the view of Beyenburg and the alpine descent as well.
I can recommend this round to everyone who likes to hike on single trails.
There are also a few nice views.
My full recommendation and many thanks to Mr. Path.
Overall, it took me a little over five and a half hours for the lap, which took me a lot of time.ks3
After the peaceful New Year's Eve, there was still enough strength for a New Year's hike.
So we started from Cronenberg at 10:15 a.m.
I really liked the narrow paths along the Rheinbach and Morsbach.
It was pretty muddy again, but still good to walk.
In the second part of the hike, I enjoyed the narrow paths along the slope.
There was always something new to discover, including one or the other view.
I found the Manuelskotten and the area near the former Friedrichshammer scythe smithy particularly interesting.
All the people I met on the way were very friendly. We exchanged a lot of New Year's wishes.
The distant view of the pretty church of Cronenberg attracted me to the beautiful little town.
So I was back in the car after 4 hours and 20 minutes.
A very recommendable hike.I wish all Komootlers all the best for the new year and many interesting hikes. Stay healthy!
