Meine Wanderung am Niederrhein und Umgebung
A nice hike that can also be done by bike. The paths lead across fields and along the Rhine dam. Unfortunately, the Rhine cannot be seen there, since you are not allowed to enter the intestine. From time to time I took a look at the Rhine.
Definitely a nice round in Corona times, with wide paths and not too crowded.
A wonderful hike through the dunes. This is also to be taken literally for a large part, because the paths are very sandy, I really noticed the 13 km in my legs. The advantage was that it was deserted on the particularly sandy paths.
The sun also showed up briefly, wonderful.

Without further ado, I put together a round through the Dammer forest.
Most of the time it was on wide forest paths, but there were also a few narrow paths. Here the way got lost a bit and I had to stick to the track. The highlight is certainly the idyllic path along the forest stream.
I also saw a fawn.
I really liked the hike through the forest, especially because the sun also came out.You should definitely save the map offline, as the internet reception is weak here and there.
A wonderful tour that took me through spring within 5 comfortable hours.
First we went through the forest along the Littard with its great ponds and lakes.
Then it went up a bit along the fields. There was a great view into the Ruhr area. Great.
Now the path led me down towards Bloemersheim Castle. The path was dead straight, but because of the great weather, it was beautiful there too. The castle is private and may not be entered, but the view of the park is also beautiful.
A nice route, where the hikers had spread well, so you could get out of the way.
A wonderful hike that I can highly recommend. In two to three places you could shorten the way if you want.
I wish you a happy Easter!
In search of a hike where few people can be met, I put together this round.
I parked at the forest cemetery. The tour first leads across fields, past spring-blooming trees. The birds are chirping and the sun was shining, in short it was wonderful.
I also liked the small town of Hoerstgen. Then it went through the forest, where it got a bit crowded. But the paths were wide enough to get out of the way.
It took me a total of 4 hours and 15 minutes for the round. I deliberately left out Klosterkamp because it is too crowded at this time.
In any case, I can recommend this round if you unfortunately have to avoid people these days.
I started hiking at 9:00 a.m. First through the tester mountains, here beautiful paths lead through the natural forest.
Then winding paths led through the Hünxer Bachtal. Here some rabbits came towards me, they discovered me very late and fled.
I treated myself to an ice cream in Hünxe, and then I walked back along the Wesel Datteln Canal and back through the Tester Mountains.
I liked the round. It took me a total of almost 5 hours.ks1
This hike already went 2 years ago, at that time I liked it so much that I ran it again today. I started at 8:50 a.m.The route is really first class, even if it runs briefly over asphalt. I particularly liked the great path at the sand pit. In addition, the sand pit is very impressive to look at, mining has now progressed further. So you may have to look for a different path here and there.
I even like the way on the highway, there was something secret about it.
First the path leads over asphalt along green fields, then it goes through a great forest with the typical sandy paths.
After I had left the silver lake behind me, the path unfortunately passed a paved bike path. It was not that nice.
So I was happy when I could turn into the forest again, it was calmer again.
After 5.5 hours I came back to the parking lot, hell was going on. So many people at once!
The first half of the hike was very nice, but the second half was not so great due to the paved path.
