Die Fernverkehrstraße 96 (F96) verband Zittau mit Sassnitz, einmal längs durch die DDR. Heute B96 und streckenweise über die Autobahn geführt. Wir fahren die alte DDR Streckenführung, wenn möglich.

@Marflow: Fortunately, summer was really over. We hardly saw any vacationers, was very relaxed. But also cool. Taking photos from the car is not that easy, but it has a spontaneous touch. You can't take your time, you have to recognize and then pull the trigger. It's kind of philosophical too, because you want to capture the moment and immediately notice how it disappears into the past.
@ Heiner: Definitely. Wouldn't be my first choice as a car navigation system, but very suitable for a route documentary.
