If you’re not sure whether your calves are up to it, you can experience the unique landscape with electric support: simply rent an ebike on site and treat yourself to a bit of tailwind.

The turquoise water is nestled between mighty three thousand meter peaks, the breathtaking backdrop is a dream!Let's go in Galtür. Sometimes on gravel, sometimes on leveled paths you drive up to the Kopssee. The double-curved dam wall is a true marvel of engineering. Then you drive down to Partenen in the Montafon.
This challenging and at the same time fun tour takes you to the Heilbronner Hütte and through a fascinating, barren landscape back to Galtür. You mostly cycle above the tree line and reach an altitude of almost 2,600 meters.After starting in Galtür, you first drive to the Kopssee, a spectacular reservoir with a double-curved dam wall. Then you cycle to Verbella Alpe, where you can take a break.

This short round takes you from Galtür to the beautiful Lareinalm. The homemade delicacies, such as the tasty alpine cheese, are a great motivation to crank up. The landscape in itself is also worth a trip. Incidentally, this tour is also perfect for e-bikes.From Galtür, the first step is leisurely along the Trisanna. Then you step uphill on easy-to-drive gravel paths, sometimes leisurely, sometimes a little steeper. Once at the top, the rustic Lareinalm is waiting for you.
The Heidelberger Hütte is the ultimate biker destination in Ischgl: Hundreds of transalp bikers cycle up here every day in summer from Ischgl to then reach the Engadine via the Fimber Pass. If you want to work out, you take the steep asphalt ramp along the Fimbabach, otherwise the cable car to the middle station. From here the driveway becomes much flatter, before that it is grueling steep.
Today, downhill on fun trails is on the program, combined with great cable car rides. You start in Ischgl at the valley station of the Silvrettabahn, which takes you to the Idalp. Then you change and take the next cable car to the Flimjoch.Now the fun is finally starting and you are racing down the Flimjochtrail. With its steep passages, hairpin bends and roots, the trail is never boring. Once at the bottom you take the Flimjochbahn up again.
How about a combination of biking and hiking? The midday head is ideal for this! You start with your bike in Kappl and take an easy gear to warm up. Serpentine by serpentine you crank your way up into the Visnitzbachtal.It goes steadily uphill until you have passed the 2,000 meter mark after almost seven kilometers.
