The Berg Bier Tour (Mountain Beer Tour) showcases two of the Swabian Alb’s specialities – mountains and beer. This varied cycling adventure gives you a glimpse behind the scenes at breweries where you can taste homemade beers and regional dishes. The Berg Bier Tour was created by the cities of Münsingen and Ehingen together with the Alb-Danube district and the Berg Brauerei. Over the course of 70 miles (112 km), it takes you from the city of Münsingen through the Lautertal valley to the Danube River and on to the towns of Ehingen and Blaubeuren. You then ride back to Münsingen through the Swabian Alb’s spectacular biosphere. The loop is ideal for a two day cycling holiday.
