In 2011, after the death of my nan, I cycled 4,110 miles around Britain in 58 days. In 2020, after the pandemic-related cancellation of everything, I'm doing the same thing again, only much more slowly. And with a bugle.

Snape through to Aldeburgh and Thorpeness is a great ride...if your bike is off road capable you could link up with Eastbridge and Walberswick too..maybe next time!
Hi Charlotte - it was a brilliant ride! Basically any road in this area, in summer, is a potentially busy road. The route avoids main roads as much as possible, however. I had quite bad weather at the start of the day so that kept a lot of tourists away and there is a long no car section on the Plym trail, but your experience may vary considerably!
